I have always had spot prone skin and suffered from acne as a teenager - this is perfect post-acne treatment, as it helps to maintain clearer skin and is gentle enough to use regularly. I've been taking it for some years now and it has definitely helped to keep my skin much clearer than it would be ordinarily.
