Black Cohosh has been approved by Germany's Commission E for treatment of premenstrual discomfort, painful menstruation, and menopausal symptoms whilst research suggests that the herb may be effective for menopausal symptoms such as hot flashes, profuse sweating, sleep disruption, and depressive moods.
Ingredients:
Standardized Black Cohosh Extract (root) 200 mg. Raw Black Cohosh Powder (root) 200 mg. Soy Isoflavone Concentrate (seed) 200 mg.
Dosage:
