Manganese is a mineral that nourishes brain and nerve centres, and aids in sugar and fat metabolism. Manganese can also help to eliminate fatigue, nervousness and lower back pain.
Ingredients:
One (1) tablet provides: Manganese (as amino acid chelate) 8mg. Tableted with these natural ingredients: dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, cellulose gum, magnesium stearate.
Dosage:
As a food supplement for adults, three (3) tablets daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
