Each tablet provides Vitamin A 280mg. Vitamin B1 (Thiamin) 0.43mg. Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) 0.44mg. Niacin (Nicotinamide) 5mg. Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic Acid) 2mg. Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride) 0.66mg. Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) 0.3mg. Folic Acid 180mg. Biotin 40mg. Vitamin C 60mg. Vitamin D 1.53mg. Vitamin E 8.5mg. Copper 80mg. Calcium 10mg. Magnesium 5mg. Zinc 2mg. Iron 1.03mg. Selenium 9mg.
Other Ingredients: Sugar, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, Raspberry Flavour, Strawberry Flavour.
Dosage: One tablet per day preferably with a meal.
