B Complex 100 from Solgar
Description:
Each member of the B-complex has a unique structure and performs unique functions in the human body. Vitamins B1, B2, B3, and biotin participate in different aspects of energy production, vitamin B6 is essential for amino acid metabolism, and vitamin B12 and folic acid facilitate steps required for cell division. Each of these vitamins has many additional functions. Solgar Extra High Potency Vitamin B Complex provides 100mg in each tablet.
Ingredients:
Vitamin B-1 (thiamine mononitrate) 100 mg Vitamin B-2 (riboflavin) 100 mg Vitamin B3 (niacinamide) 100 mg Vitamin B5 (pantothenic Acid as d-Ca pantothenate) 100 mg Vitamin B-6 (pyridoxine HCl) 100 mg Vitamin B-12 (cobalamin prep.) 100 ug Biotin (as prep.) 100 ug Folacin (folic acid prep.) 400 ug Choline (bitartrate) 41 mg Inositol 100 mg PABA (para amino benzoic acid) 100 mg Natural Powdered Herbal Base 2.5 mg (alfalfa, acerola, parsley, rose hips and watercress powders)
Dosage:
As a food supplement for adults, one (1) tablet daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a health care practitioner.
