The omega-3 fatty acid EPA, associated with maintaining a balanced state of mind and keeping a healthy heart, derives from fish oil; evening primrose oil, known to nourish skin, joints, hair and nails, is the source of the omega-6 GLA; CLA - the other omega-6 fatty acid, reported to have anti-carcinogenic properties - is obtained from safflowers; the omega-9 is found within olive oil, famed not only for being synonymous with the Mediterranean diet but also for an array of health benefits including lowering blood pressure and reducing LDL cholesterol.

Each OmegaForce capsule contains:
120 mg pure EPA (omega-3) from marine fish oil
100 mg organic virgin EPO (omega-6)
50 mg CLA (omega-6)
50 mg extra-virgin olive oil (omega-9)
1 mg vitamin E (anti-oxidant)
Dosage: Adults should routinely take between 2 and 4 OmegaForce capsules daily, not exceeding 10 in any 24-hour period
Children below 12 years should take 1 OmegaForce capsule daily, and consume no more than 2 in any 24-hour period
OmegaForce should preferably be taken with food. It may take up to three months for the fatty acids in OmegaForce to reach the optimum levels in the body, before the full beneficial effects become apparent.
For those who experience difficulty when trying to swallow capsules, the contents of OmegaForce can be mixed in a drink or blended with a food such as yoghurt. For small children, the contents can be rubbed into the skin, such as the small of the back where it cannot be rubbed off easily.
