Description:
Black Cohosh (Cimicifuga racemosa L) is a perennial plant native to Canada and the Eastern States of the United States, growing as far south as Florida. It is now grown in Europe and can be found in the wild, having self seeded from cultivated plants.
Valerian (Valeriana officinalis radix) is native to Europe and northern Asia, and grows wild in damp conditions. The plant is grown from seed in spring, and the root and rhizome of two year old plants are unearthed and harvested in the autumn.
Medic Herb has combined both the above herbs in one easy to take tablet.
Ingredients:
Each tablet of MedicHerb Black Cohosh & Valerian contains Black Cohosh extract equivalent to 32mg of dry root and Valerian root extract equivalent to 675mg of dry valerian root.
Dosage: one or two tablets to be taken before bedtime with a little cold water.
