Ingredients:
Each Capsule contains: Caffeine Anyhydrous 115.9mg, Green Tea Extract 67.5mg, Ginger Extract, 12.5mg, Guarana Extract 51.4mg, Maca Pure Extract 100mg, Yerba Matte 81.18mg, Acetyl L-Tyrosine 0.5mg, L-Tyrosine 37mg, Chromium 20ug.
Dosage:
Take two capsules before breakfast and two capsules at mid-afternoon. Begin use with half the recommended dose (one capsule twice per day) for the first seven days to assess your tolerance. If you have difficulty sleeping, do not take after 4pm. Do not exceed the stated dose. For best results, use in combination with excercise and a low-fat diet.
