St John's Wort has antidepressant properties, and has been shown to improve mild to moderate depression. St. John's Wort also has strong anti-viral activity.
Ingredients:
One tablet provides: Hypericin 1500mcg provided by St John's Wort (Hypericum perforaturn) herb with flowers extract 500mg standardised on 0.3% Hypericin.
