Pharma Nords Bio-CLA contains the fatty acid Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA). Scientific studies suggest that CLA may help fat loss, maintain weight loss and retain lean muscle mass. CLA was discovered 20 years ago. Research suggests that is can increase the production of prostaglandins, the fatty acid molecules linked to elevated synthesis of growth hormone. In athletes, increased growth hormone levels are helpful in promoting enhanced muscle growth and strength. Some prostaglandins can increase blood circulation to the muscles and adipose tissue; this can improve muscle function and fat mobilisation.
Ingredients:
Each capsule of Pharma-Nord Bio-CLA contains 500mg of free fatty acids, equivalent to 375mg of CLA.
Dosage: It is recommended to take 2-4 capsules, twice daily or as directed by a physician. It is also recommended to take this product in conjunction with Pharma-Nord Bio-Selenium & Zinc.
