Vitamin C Time Release 1000mg from Lamberts Healthcare Ltd
Description:
Ideally, vitamin C needs to be taken in small amounts throughout the day and night because it is rapidly lost from the body. However, this is not always convenient which is Lambertshave formulated Time Release Vitamin C tablets (the vitamin C is gradually released over 6 hours) making the product longer acting. Time Release Vitamin C 500mg tablets also provide a relevant level of citrus bioflavonoids since studies show that vitamin C and bioflavonoids are most effective when taken together.
Ingredients:
Typically per tablet: Vitamin C 1000mg, Rose Hip Powder 50mg, Citrus Bioflavonoid Complex 50mg. Other Ingredients: Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerin), DiCalcium Phosphate, StearicAcid, Magnesium Stearate, Cellulose, Silicon Dioxide.

1 tablet every 6 hours, up to a maximum of 3 per day
