Vitamin C Time Release 500mg from Lamberts Healthcare Ltd
Description:
Ideally, vitamin C needs to be taken in small amounts throughout the day and night because it is rapidly lost from the body. However, this is not always convenient which is Lambertshave formulated Time Release Vitamin C tablets (the vitamin C is gradually released over 6 hours) making the product longer acting. Time Release Vitamin C 500mg tablets also provide a relevant level of citrus bioflavonoids since studies show that vitamin C and bioflavonoids are most effective when taken together.
Ingredients:
Each tablet provides: Vitamin C 500mg, Bioflavonoids 50mg, Rose Hip Powder 25mg. Other Ingredients: DiCalcium Phosphate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerin, Carnauba Wax), Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate, Stearic Acid.
Dosage:
1 to 2 tablets three times daily with a meal.
