Biocare's Vitamin B6 is in the biologically active form Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate (P-5-P). Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) is converted into P-5-P in the body but in some individuals this process does not take place efficiently.

Ingredients:
Each capsule provides Vitamin B6 (pyrdioxal-5-phosphate) 50mg. Other ingredients: Cellulose, Silica, Magnesium Stearate. Capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose & water).

Dosage:
One capsule per day with food or as professionally directed.
