Lamberts Time Release Vitamin C tablets allow the nutrients to be released slowly which means that the absorption of Vitamin C is a continuous process, as the gradual release takes place over 6-8 hours.
Ingredients:
Vitamin C 1500mg Citrus Bioflavonoids 60mg Tableted with:Rosehip Powder, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Dicalcium Phosphate, Magnesium Stearate, Methylcellulose, Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Silicate, Stearic Acid, and Carnauba Wax.
Dosage:
1 tablet every 6 hours, up to a maximum of 2 per day.
