Description:
Efamol evening primrose oil with Vitamin E is a convenient nutritional supplement that can be a useful addition to a healthy balanced diet. The fatty acid GLA is involved in the production of prostaglandins which are vital in helping maintain hormonal balance. In addition, GLA is an essential element of the skin structure. The Vitamin E has antioxidant properties, which may help maintain healthy skin.
Ingredients:
16 drops ( approx. 1/4 teaspoon ) contains Efamol Pure Evening Primrose Oil 1000mg of which GLA 114mg.
Dosage:
16 drops ( approx. 1/4 teaspoon ) per day with food.
