Ferroglobin B12 capsules provide an effective source of vital nutrients including organic iron, folic acid and vitamin B12.
Ingredients:
One capsule provides Iron 24mg, Zinc 12mg, Copper 2mg, Folic acid 500ug, Vitamin B12 10uG, Vitamin B6 5mg.
Dosage:
One capsule per day with or immediately after your main meal, with a full glass of water or a cold drink. Feroglobin should only be taken on a full stomach.
