One tablet provides Vitamin D 5ug, Vitamin E 40mg, Vitamin C 60mg, Thiamin 8mg, Riboflavin 4mg, Niacin 18mg, Vitamin B6 20mg, Folacin 500ug, Vitamin B12 9ug, Biotin 0.045mg, Pantothenic Acid 40mg, Iron 12mg, Magnesium 75mg, Zinc 15mg, Iodine 200ug, Manganese 2mg, Copper 2 mg, Silicon 15mg, Chromium 50ug, Selenium 100ug, Cystine 10mg, Betacarotene 4mg, Echinacea extract equivalent to 195mg, Burdock extract equivalen to 80mg. |
Dosage:
One tablet per day with or immediately after your main meal with a full glass of water |
