Femforte I is an ideal combination of vitamins and minerals in the correct balance designed especially to meet the physiological requirements of women. It provides nutrients in their most bioavailable form for improved absorption and is suitable for women prior to, during and after the menopause.

1 tablet provides: Magnesium Citrate 218mg Magnesium Ascorbate 180mg Vitamin C (Ascorbic acid) 180mg Calcium citrate 110mg Vitamin E (d alpha tocopherol) 95mg Potassium Citrate 63mg Bioflavonoids (lemon) 25mg Vitamin B5 25mg VItamin B6 25mg Zinc citrate 22.6mg Manganese Citrate 20mg Choline Bitartrate 15mg Inositol 15mg Beta Carotene 11.25mg, Vitamin B1 10mg Vitamin B2 10mg PABA 6mg Vitamin D 750ug, Copper Gluconate 367ug, Sodium Selenite 213ug, Sodium Molybdate 151ug, Chromium Polynicotinate 140ug Folic Acid 75ug Potassium Iodide 63ug Biotin 25ug Vitamin B12 25ug Sodium Borate 21ug. Tablet Coating: HPMC Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, titanium dioxise, riboiflavin & glycerin. Non active ingredients: dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, acacia gum, silica, vegetable magnesium stearate & sodium carboxymethyl cellulose.
Dosage:
Two tablets taken daily with food (one tablet twice a day) or as professionally directed.
