Description:
Vitaforte Banana is a functional food made from whole freeze dried banana in a base of fructose and fructooligosaccharides. It is a powdered childrens multivitamin with probiotic and beta carotene. It is useful for children and the elderly and can be used by athletes as an energy drink before and after excercising. It is free from milk products. |
Ingredients:
Each level teaspoon (approx 5g) contains:
Vitamin C 52.9mg, Vitamin E30iu 20mg, Pantothenic Acid (vitamin B5) 10mg, Beta Carotene (providing 999.6mcg retinol equivalents) 6mg; Vitamin B6 6mg, Thiamine (vitamin B1) 5mg, Riboflavin (vitamin B2) 5mg, Niacin (vitamin B3) 5mg, Magnesium 4.8mg, Zinc 1.7mg, Selenium 25mcg; Chromium 15mcg; Molybdenum 15mcg; Biotin 15mcg, Folic Acid 15mcg, Iodine 11.3mcg (7.5% EC RDA); Vitamin B12 8mcg, Vitamin D2 200iu 5mcg, Potassium 3.5mcg; Lactobacillus acidophilus (providing 80 million viable cells).
Other ingredients: FOS, Potatoe maltodextrin, freeze dried banana, corn maltodextrin, acacia, soybean oil, magnesium ascorbate, modified tapioca starch. |
Dosage:
For children 1 year and over one level teaspoon (approximately 5g) , for children 8 years and over 2 level teaspoons, for adults 2 -3 level teaspoons (approximately 10g - 15g) mixed into water, milk or juice or sprinkled on to food or as professionally directed. |
