One capsule provides: Vitamin C 114.2mg, Pantothenic Acid (vitamin B5) 15mg, Niacin (vitamin B3) 10mg, Magnesium 8.6mg, Vitamin B6 8mg, Thiamine (vitamin B1) 7.5mg, Riboflavin (vitamin B2) 5mg, Vitamin E 7.5iu 5mg, PABA 1.5mg; Calcium 1.4mg, Zinc 0.8mg, Manganese 500mcg; Choline Bitartrate 500mcg; Iron 0.25mg, Vitamin A 750 iu 225mcg, Chromium 41.4mcg; Selenium 20mcg; Molybdenum 14mcg; Folic Acid 8mcg, Biotin 8mcg, Vitamin B12 8mcg, Copper 0.8mcg; Vitamin D2 15iu 0.375mcg. Capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose & water)
Dosage:
Age 2-4: 1 capsule daily Age 5-6: 2 capsules daily Age 7-9: 3 capsules daily Age 10 and over: 4 capsules daily. Taken daily with food or as professionally directed.
