Venaforce is a traditional herbal medicinal product for relieving the symptoms of varicose veins.The constituent of Aesculus
( Horse Chestnut seed ) which has been most studied is Aescin. It has the ability to improve the tone of veins, reducing leakage into the surrounding tissue. Horse Chestnut is an astringent and anti-inflammatory. The unique actions of Horse Chestnut are on the vessels of the circulatory system. It increases the strength and tone of the veins in particular. It is used internally to aid the body in the treatment of problems such as varicose and spider veins, phlebitis, inflammation in the veins, varicosity and hemorrhoids.
Ingredients:
1 gastro-resistant tablet contains
157.5–225.0 mg of extract (as dry extract) from fresh Horse chestnut seeds (Aesculus hippocastanum L., semen) corresponding to 50 mg triterpene glycosides, calculated as anhydrous ß-aescin. Extraction solvent: ethanol 60% m/m. This product also contains soya polysaccharide. Do not use if you are allergic to peanut or soya. Do not use if you are allergic to Horse chestnut seed or any of the other ingredients.
Dosage: one tablet twice daily after food.
