Description:
Psyllium husks come from the outside coat of the seeds of the plant Plantago Ovato. The husk provides a good source of fibre and is good used as part of a cleanse programme. Please ensure that you take them with sufficient water because the muscular movement of the digestive tract turns the powder into a gel. Please ensure that you are drinking good amounts of water (4pints) when taking this product.
Used as part of a bowel/colon maintenance programme, psyllium husks help to maintain healthy and efficient intestines and soften the stool.
Ingredients:
One vegcap provides Psyllium Husk BP pure powdered husk 400mg.
Other Ingredients: vegetable hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC) approximately 95mg.
Dosage: Two capsules twice daily taken with a full glass of water.
Children between 6 and 12 full adult dose.
