Ingredients:
Protein blend (calcium caseinate, soy protein isolate, whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate), maltodextrin, glucose syrup, Xylitol, lecithin, oligofructose (4%), fat reduced cocoa powder (4%), flavouring, thickeners (xanthan gum, carboxymethylcellulose), potassium phosphate, calcium phosphate, magnesium oxide, salt, sweeteners (aspartame, acesulfame-K), ferrous gluconate, zinc gluconate, ascorbic acid, niacinamide, dl-tocopheryl-acetate, copper gluconate, manganese sulphate, calcium D-pantothenate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, riboflavin, biotin, thiamine mononitrate, vitamin-A-acetate, beta-carotene, folic acid, potassium iodide, sodium selenate, vitamin D3, cyanocobalamin. May contain traces of peanuts, various nuts and seeds. |
Dosage:
For a rich, creamy shake, combine the contents of each packet with 300 - 400 ml of cold water, depending on the thickness of the shake you desire. Mix in a blender or shaker for 30 seconds. If you use Myoplex Diet to replace a single meal ( 1 sachet), make sure you drink at least 2-3 litres of calorie free fluids (unsweetened tea or water) throughout the day. |
