L5 Hydroxytryptophan (5 HTP) Prolonged Release from HealthAid
Description:
HealthAid L5 HTP is derived from an African seed Griffonia Simplicifolia. The body manufactures this amino acid from L-tryptophan, which is found in dietary proteins and is used to make serotonin, an important substance for normal nerve and brain function.
Ingredients:
Each tablet contains average: L-5-Hydroxytryptophan (Griffonia simplicifolia seed extract) 50mg. Other Ingredients: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Calcium Phosphate, Magnesium Strearate, Stearic Acid, Shellac
Dosage:
Adults and children over 16 years of age, one to two tablets daily, can be increased to four tablets if required, or as advised by a suitably qualified person. Maximum of 6 tablets can be taken a day.
