Supplementing with Ubiquinol is important for individuals who may have difficulty with the natural conversion of CoQ10 to Ubiquionol. Ubiquinol supplementation is especially important for those suffering from specific conditions, especially related to oxidative stress, the middle-aged to elderly.
Ingredients:
One capsule contains ubiquinol (CoQ10) 100mg dissolved in coconut oil. Other Ingredients: coconut oil, capsule(gelatin), CoQ10, Humectant: Glycerol. Colour: Ammonia Caramel. Humectant: Purified water, Antioxidant: Ascorbic acid and mixed tocopherols.

One to three capsules daily.
