Description:
PharmaNord Bio-D3 is a formula containing Vitamin D3 (also known as cholecalciferol) which is a fat soluble vitamin that plays an important role in maintaining blood levels of calcium. The majority of vitamin D in the body is created during the skins exposure to sunlight but can also be found in egg yolk, fish oils and oily fish such as salmon, herring and mackerel. Cholecalciferol is an animal source of vitamin D3.
Ingredients:
One tablet provides Vitamin D (400 IU) 10mcg from cholecalciferol
Dosage: One tablet per day to be taken with food.
