Patrick Holford Essential Omegas combine DHA, DPA and EPA from Fish Oil, together with GLA from Borage Oil.
This formula also includes another important Omega 3 fatty acid DPA.
EPA, DPA and DHA are the three key Omega 3 fatty acids, important for maintaining a healthy heart and arteries, supporting brain function and helping sustain flexible joints.
GLA is a key omega 6 fatty acid which helps maintain hormone balance, keep the blood and blood vessels healthy and maintain normal blood.
Ingredients:
One capsule provides 757mg Fish Oil providing 150mg EPA and 100mg DHA
250mg Borage Oil providing 50mg GLA
Non-active Ingredients:
Lemon oil, Rosemary extract & Ascorbyl Palmitate
Capsule:
Carrageenan, disodium phosphate, Glycerine, Lecithin & modified corn starch
Dosage: Two capsules daily with food, or as professionally directed.
