Biocare's Multivitamin and Mineral formulation contains minerals in the form of ascorbates and citrates which are highly bio-available together with chromium polynicotinate and l-selenomethionine. This formula provides an ideal daily supplement to the diet and a good base line supplement for most dietary regimes.

Vitamin C 243mg, Pantothenic Acid (vitamin B5) 100mg, Niacin (vitamin B3) 50mg, Vitamin E 75 iu (natural source) 50mg, Thiamine (vitamin B1) 25mg, Riboflavin (vitamin B2) 25mg, Vitamin B6 25mg, Magnesium 22mg, Inositol 12mg; PABA 10mg; Potassium 8.9mg; Zinc 8.5mg; Calcium 6mg, Vitamin A 2000iu 600mcg, Folic Acid 400mcg, Manganese 300mcg; Molybdenum 98.7mcg; Selenium 50mcg; Chromium 50mcg; Iodine 37.8mcg, Biotin 35mcg, Vitamin B12 30mcg,Vitamin D2 250iu 6.25mcg. Non Active Ingredients: Silica, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate. Capsule: Cellulose & Water.
