Alpha lipoic acid (ALA) is a vitamin-like antioxidant, sometimes referred to as the “universal antioxidant,” because it is soluble in both fat and water. Formulated with patented sustained release Alpha Lipoic Acid, Minus 10 works overtime to help reduce the damaging effects of free radicals caused by UV radiation and other environmental factors.
Ingredients:
Two tablets provide Biotin 600mcg
Alpha-lipoic Acid (as thioctic acid) 600mg
Other ingredients: Dicalcium phosphate, cellulose ethers, silicified microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, magnesium stearate, silica, potassium carbonate.
Dosage: Take 2 tablets with water 30 minutes before breakfast. Take 1-2 tablets in the afternoon 30 minutes before food.
