Description:
Maxicol Probiotic Formula for Bowel Health is a special combination of natural soluble fibre, friendly bacteria and fructo-oligosaccharides, which can help, promote health intestinal activity, digestion and colon regularity as part of a healthy diet.
Ingredients:
Psyllium herbs 4050mg, Fructo-Oligosaccharides 950mg, Lactobacilus Acidophilus & Bifidum Probiotic Complex one billion cultures.
Dosage:
Mix one or two heaped teaspoons (5-10mg) in water or fruit juice twice daily. Best taken before meals, consume immediately after mixing and follow with a further glass of water or fruit juice.
