Omega Choice 3+6+9 Balanced Oil Blend 1000mg from Optima

Omega Choice Capsules are a combination of cold pressed Flaxseed, Sunflower, Sesame Seed, Evening Primrose Oil, Rice Bran and Rosemary Oils that provide essential fatty acids which are required for a variety of functions within the body. Each capsule provides the fatty acids Omega 3,6 and 9 in a 2:1:1 ratio which is most therapeutic for the Omega 6 rich diets common in todays lifestyle.
Ingredients:
Flaxseed Oil, Gelatine & Glycerine Capsule Shell, Sesame Seed Oil, Rice Bran Oil, Evening Primrose Oil, (9% GLA) Sunflower Oil, Soy Lecithin (non GM), Rosemary Oil.
Dosage:
Take two capsules up to three times a day with food.
