Description:
FSC Butterbur has been standardised to ensure consistent availability of the active components. Recent research shows that Butterbur Petasin is as effective as conventional medicines for treating hay fever but without causing drowsiness. Hay fever sufferers are recommended to take two to four capsules a day of FSC Butterbur until their symptoms are reduced. Butterbur was used by native Americans as a remedy for headache and inflammation.The best-documented beneficial effect of Butterbur extracts are as a treatment of migraine headaches.
Ingredients:
Each capsule provides Butterbur (Petasites hybridus) Whole plant powdered extract 58mg, Standardised to 14% sesquiterpene lactones 8mg. Other Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose) Anti-caking agents (magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide)
Dosage:
One capsule two to four times per day preferably with a meal.
