Black Cohosh One A Day from Kira
Description:
Black Cohosh is a tall herbaceous plant with feathery racemes of white blossoms which being slender, droop gracefully. The root is collected in the autumn and dried to form the extract. It was once known as "Squaw Root" by the North American Indians.
Ingredients:
Each tablet provides dried, concentrated, standardised extract LI 182 Black Cohosh (cimicifuga racemosa L.) equivalent to up to 54mg of the fresh herb.
Dosage:
One tablet daily with a little cold liquid at meal times.
