Ingredients:
One teaspoon provides organic pre-sprouted barley 5g. Pre sprouted barley contains a multitude of natural whole-food vitamins and minerals obtained from the barley grain, such as vitamins A, B6. E, Thiamine, Riboflavin, Niacin, Folic Acid, Pantothenic Acid, Potassium, Calcium, Phosphorus, Magnesium, Iron, Zinc, Copper and Manganese.
Dosage:
Take one to three teaspoons daily at mealtimes. As a food source pre-sprouted barley can be used freely as a food supplement. Each jar provides approximately 20 servings.
