Psyllium Husks Fibre Vegicaps from Solgar
Description:
Psyllium husks come from the outside coat of the seeds of the plant Plantago Ovato. The husk provides a good source of fibre and is good used as part of a cleanse programme. Please ensure that you take them with sufficient water because the muscular movement of the digestive tract turns the powder into a gel. Please ensure that you are drinking good amounts of water (4pints) when taking this product. Used as part of a bowel/colon maintenance programme, psyllium husks help to maintain healthy and efficient intestines and soften the stool.
Ingredients:
Two (2) vegetable capsules provide: Powdered Psyllium Husk Fibre1000mgEncapsulated with these natural ingredients: magnesium stearate. Vegetable capsule shell: hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose.
Dosage:
As a food supplement for adults, two (2) Vegicaps daily with a minimum of 8oz. Of juice or water, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
