Each vegetable capsule provides: Vitamin E (250iu as d-alpha tocopheryl succinate)168mg, Selenium (as selenomethionine) 80ug. Encapsulated with these natural ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.Vegetable capsule shell: hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose.
Dosage:
As a food supplement for adults, one (1) to two (2) vegetable capsules daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
