Vitamin B-l 2 (Cobalamin) is the only vitamin containing cobalt, a trace mineral. It is essential for the normal functioning of all body cells, especially those of bone marrow, gastrointestinal tract, and nervous system, and is necessary for the formation of red blood cells.
Ingredients:
Each tablet provides: Vitamin B12(as cobalamin prep.) 100ug. Tableted with these natural ingredients: dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable stearic acid, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, cellulose gum.
Dosage: As a food supplement for adults, one (1) tablet daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
