Taurine is a simple sulphur containing compound and is one of the most abundant amino acids in the body. It plays a variety of roles in the normal functioning of the brain, heart, gallbladder, eyes and vascular system. Basically, its function is to facilitate the passage of sodium potassium and magnesium ions into and out of cells and to electrically stabilise the cell membranes.
Ingredients:
Each vegetable capsule provides: Taurine 500mg. Encapsulated with these natural ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid. Vegetable capsule shell: hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose.
Dosage: As a food supplement for adults, one (1) vegcap daily with juice or water in between meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
