Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA) also known as thioctic acid or simply lipoic acid, is a vitamin like nutrient that has generated much interest in the last few years especially with regards to both its ability to act as a powerful antioxidant and its role in energy production.
Ingredients:
Each tablet provides Alpha Lipoic Acid 250mg. Ingredients Calcium Carbonate, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Cellulose, Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerin), Silicon Dioxide, Stearic Acid, Magnesium Stearate.
Dosage:
Take up to two tablets daily with or without food or as directed by a practitioner.
