However, this is not always convenient which is Lambertshave formulated Time Release Vitamin C tablets (the vitamin C is gradually released over 6 hours) making the product longer acting. Time Release Vitamin C 500mg tablets also provide a relevant level of citrus bioflavonoids since studies show that vitamin C and bioflavonoids are most effective when taken together.
Ingredients:
Each tablet provides: Vitamin C
500mg, Bioflavonoids 50mg,
Rose Hip Powder 25mg. Other Ingredients:
DiCalcium Phosphate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerin, Carnauba Wax), Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate, Stearic Acid.
Dosage: 1 to 2 tablets three times daily with a meal.
