Air pollution and cigarette smoking are the major factors that generate ‘free radicals’, but one of the most important is the effect that sunlight has on our skin. The body has its own natural defence mechanism to fight these ‘free radicals’, substances called antioxidants which neutralise ‘free radicals’ thus helping to protect our cells from damage.
Beta carotene is one of the best known antioxidants which helps to protect the skin against the damaging effects of ‘free radicals’ created by the action of ultra-violet rays on the skin.

15mg providing beta carotene 14.2mg,
alpha carotene 525µg, lutein 75µg, zeaxanthin 75µg,cryptoxanthin 150µg,
Equivalent to Vitamin A 2435µg,
Encapsulated with: Sunflower Seed Oil, Capsule Shell (Gelatin, Glycerin, Colour: Iron Oxides).
Dosage: 1 to 2 capsules daily with meals.
