Ginger is known to be a carminative, which means that it can help release excessive gases from the digestive system.It takes over 14 grams of fresh ginger root to produce 120mg of ginger extract, the amount found in just one capsule. Supplied as an extract to preserve the active constituents such as the gingeroles and zingerone.
Ingredients:
One capsule provides: Ginger Root 14400mg (provided by 120mg of a 120:1 extract). Encapsulated with: Capsule Shell (Modified Starch, Glycerol, Gelling Agent: Carageenan, Acidity Regulator: DiSodium Phosphate, Colour: Iron Oxide), Sunflower Seed Oil, Silicon Dioxide.
