Florisene consists of a highly absorbable form of iron, a significant level of the essential amino acid Lysine, along with two other essential nutrients that are required for hair growth.
Ingredients:
Vitamin C 24mg, Vitamin B12 3ug, Iron (as Ferrous Glycine Sulphate) 24mg, L-Lysine 500mg.
Dosage: One to three tablets 3 times daily for the first 6 months. Thereafter, for maintenance purposes,take one tablet daily. However, for those who have heavy periods or who are vegetarian, then 2 tablets may be required daily. Florisene should be taken with water half to one hour before food or on an empty stomach.
