Ingredients:
One softgel provides Flaxseed OIl 400mg, Borage Seed Oil(Starflower Seed) 400mg, Fish Oil (50% Omega 3) 400mg. These three oils typically provide the following profile: Omega 3 Fatty Acids 420mg (ALA 220mg, EPA 120mg, DHA 80mg), Omega 6 Fatty Acids 228mg (LA 180mg, GLA 82mg) and Omega 9 Fatty Acids (Oleic Acid) 152mg.
Other Ingredients: Gelatin, Purified Water, Glycerin.
Dosage: For Adults take one to three sofgels daily.
