Ingredients:
One tablet provides Vitamin B12 ( as Cobalamin ) 1000 mcg, Folate ( Folic Acid ) 400 mcg. Other ingredients Sorbitol, Natural Cherry Flavour.
Dosage: One tablet daily with meals. Each tablet is made especially to quickly dissolve under the tongue for sublingual absorption rather than going through the intestinal tract which can destroy large amounts of B-12 before it can reach the bloodstream.
