It aids recovery from illness, acts as an adaptogen (improves tolerance to stress), strengthens the central nervous system, fights fatigue and boosts alertness. The Korean variety is thought to possess the most stimulating action of the ginseng family.

Standardised Korean Ginseng (Panax) Root Powdered Extract (20mg [8%] ginsenosides)250mg, Raw Korean Ginseng Root Powder 200mg, PhytO2X ä (powdered blend of beta-carotene prep. and ascorbic acid). PhytO2X ä is a special blend of natural antioxidants, the purpose of which is to maintain the freshness of the ingredients. Encapsulated with natural ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate. Vegetable capsule shell: hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose.
Dosage: For adults one (1) to three (3) vegetable capsules daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
