Description:
This Chinese phytoestrogenic herb is commonly used as a female tonic in premenstrual tension, irregular menstruation and menopausal symptoms. Dong Quai is frequently reported to reduce symptoms such as irritability, nervous tension, aches and pains, fatigue, depression, cramps, period pain and irregular menstruation, when due to hormone imbalance. Blood building and circulatory benefits are also attributed to this herb.
Ingredients:
Each vegetable capsule provides: Raw Dong Quai Root Powder 200mg, Standardised Dong Quai Root Extract (2mg [1%] ligustilides)150mg. PhytO2X ä (powdered blend* of beta-carotene prep. and ascorbic acid). PhytO2X ä is a special blend of natural antioxidants, the purpose of which is to maintain the freshness of the ingredients.
Encapsulated with natural ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate. Vegetable capsule shell: hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose.
Dosage: For adults one (1) vegetable capsule daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
