Soya Lecithin Granules 7.35 grams. Typically providing:Choline 165mg, Inositol 260mg,
Phosphatidylcholine 1639mg,
Phosphatidylethanolamine 1425 mg,
Phosphatidylinositol 998mg.
With the natural ingredients: tricalcium phosphate.
Dosage: As a food supplement for adults, one (1) to two (2) measuring tablespoons daily, preferably at mealtimes, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
