Two (2) vegetable capsules provide: Multiple Fibre Formula1000 mg (1 gram)Derived from: Powdered Soluble Fibers Oat Bran200mg Apple Pectin200mg Grapefruit Pectin200mg Powdered Insoluble Fibers: Flaxseed Meal200mg Psyllium Seed Husks200mg Encapsulated with these natural ingredients: vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide. Vegetable capsule shell: hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose.
Dosage:
As a food supplement for adults, two (2) to six (6) Vegicaps daily with 8 oz. Water, distributed throughout the day, preferably away from meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
