Two (2) tablets provide:
Magnesium (as oxide) 200mg, Inulin Powder 300mg, Standardised Momordica Charantis fruit 100mg, Powdered Extract (0.5mg [0.5%] charantin, 7mg [7%] bitter principles), Alpha Lipoic Acid 30mg, Fenugreek Seed Powdered Extract (4:1) 30mg, Green Tea Powdered Extract (7.5mg [25%] polyphenols) 30mg, Zinc (as citrate) 5mg,
Niacin (B3, as niacinamide) 10mg,
Antioxidant (powdered blend** of betacarotene prep. and ascorbic acid)
Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine HCL) 5mg,
Chromium (as picolinate) 200ug.
